Boilerplate
English · quote verbatim
STEADYWRK is an AI-native operations company headquartered in Aqaba, Jordan, and operated by STEADYWRK LLC. It builds and runs three things that share one engine: attested agent operations, where the work an AI agent performs is recorded as a public, independently re-checkable receipt; managed dispatch and business-process operations for clients in field service and facilities; and an academy that trains and places the operators who run them. The company publishes its API surface, its evaluation methodology, and a written list of the claims it refuses to make, and it holds one third-party listing — the Official Model Context Protocol Registry. It has taken no outside investment. Working languages are English and Arabic; every public surface is mirrored in Arabic. More at steadywrk.app.

Fact sheet
Three kinds of fact appear below, and each row says which it is. Third-party means someone else publishes it at a URL you can open. First-party offer term means it is a price or commitment we are bound by. Derivable means you can redo the arithmetic yourself. Nothing on this page rests on us having measured something and asked you to take our word for it.

The Aqaba arithmetic
The reason an AI-operations company is in Aqaba and not in Manila or Medellín is two pieces of arithmetic. Both are reproducible from the inputs below; neither requires believing anything we say about ourselves.
1 · What an hour costs, fully loaded
- 1Operator base salary500 JOD per month — our published SteadyForce operator offer, not a market survey.
- 2Employer social security× 1.1425 (Jordan Social Security Corporation employer contribution) = 571.25 JOD.
- 3Working hours÷ 156 hours per month (5-day week) = 3.66 JOD per hour, fully loaded.
- 4CurrencyThe Jordanian dinar is pegged to the US dollar by the Central Bank of Jordan at 1 JOD ≈ 1.41 USD → about $5.17 per hour.
We publish our own input cost and the steps to reach it. We deliberately do not publish a competing regional average beside it — we did not measure other markets, and a comparison is only as good as its source. Bring your own benchmark and apply it to the number above.
2 · What the US business day costs a person
Take a 09:00–18:00 US Eastern business day (UTC−4 in summer) and ask what local shift covers it.
| Origin | Offset | Local shift | In plain terms |
|---|---|---|---|
| Aqaba, Jordan | UTC+3 | 16:00 – 01:00 local | An evening shift. |
| Manila, Philippines | UTC+8 | 21:00 – 06:00 local | An overnight shift. |
Retention, error rates, and how long someone lasts in the job are downstream of that row. We are not publishing our own retention figure, because we would be the only source for it.
What we do not claim
Everyone in AI signs their own homework. This is the part of ours we refuse to sign. If a STEADYWRK page, deck, or spokesperson contradicts anything below, this page wins and we want the correction.
Operational performance figures.
STEADYWRK measures completion rate, quote turnaround, and dispatch latency in its own systems. Those are first-party estimates. No outside party has audited them, so please do not print them as verified metrics — and if any STEADYWRK surface presents one without that caveat, that surface is wrong and we want to know.
Customer names, logos, counts, or tiers.
We publish none of them, in any form, including "a Fortune 500 client" phrasing. A named-customer claim you cannot check is worth nothing to your readers.
Revenue, valuation, or funding.
There is no outside investment to report. STEADYWRK is independently held. We will not supply a revenue figure we cannot have audited.
Headcount as a growth number.
We name the people who hold public roles and let them speak for themselves. We do not publish a headcount, because a headcount is a number nobody can check and everybody rounds up.
Certifications, awards, partnerships, or endorsements.
We hold exactly one outside listing — the Official Model Context Protocol Registry entry above. We claim no vendor partnership, no accreditation body, and no award. If you see a badge on our site that is not that listing, it is a mistake.
Any standard, anywhere.
STEADYWRK has not authored or co-authored an internet standard. If we ever submit an IETF Internet-Draft, we will describe it as a submitted Internet-Draft — an individual submission is not a standard, is not endorsed by the IETF, and we will not let it be reported as one.
Free training.
The Academy is paid and selective. Any copy suggesting otherwise is an error. The free thing we offer is a verification tool, not an education.
We also keep a public retraction ledger of claims we withdrew, at /proof/attestation.
Leadership
Public roles, each with a named holder. We do not publish a headcount — see above.
