Reviewing a Mobile Scheduling Experience

Use a phone-sized screen for the demonstration if that is where the product will be used. A desktop screenshot does not establish that the same task is comfortable on a smaller display.

Follow one task from start to finish

Open an appointment, inspect its details and make a permitted change using synthetic information. Check whether the primary action stays visible and whether labels remain readable without horizontal scrolling.

Test a correction

Enter an invalid value and inspect the error message. Check whether the interface preserves the other fields and moves attention to the problem. After saving, confirm that the displayed state matches the intended change.

Include keyboard and loading states

Try keyboard navigation where supported and observe what happens while data is loading. A disabled control should have an understandable reason. Do not treat an animation as evidence that a save has completed.

Record the device, viewport and product version with the result. Compare observed behavior instead of assigning a “best software” label without a defined test.
