Operator — Commercial Maintenance & Applied AI, Aqaba
Work alongside AI in STEADYWRK’s commercial maintenance team. Turn work orders into clear next actions: clarify the scope, coordinate technicians, track commitments and verify completion evidence. Make clear calls in English, keep useful handoffs and raise blockers early. Use AI to research, draft and organize, then check the facts before acting. Bring initiative: improve how the team works and follow through on what you own. Protect client and colleague information. The base salary is paid monthly; training, Appreciation Rewards conditions and work arrangements are confirmed in writing before you commit.
What we look for
- Speak clearly and confidently in English on the phone
- Clarify an incomplete work order, prioritize the next action and follow it through
- Use AI tools thoughtfully: verify sources, notice missing evidence and correct mistakes
- Keep concise handoffs, confirm commitments and escalate uncertainty without inventing an answer
- Show initiative through a work, study or personal project; explain your contribution and what improved
- Protect confidential information and share only what the task requires
- Have a laptop, smartphone, headset with microphone and reliable internet
- Be available 4 PM–1 AM Jordan time, 5 days per week
- Be 18 or older; review the written offer and training terms before committing
